| Hi everybody,
Today i read in a spanish newspaper ("La Vanguardia") The Italian High Court has imposed a fine on a 42 years old man from Como 200€ and 1.000€ costs for touching his genitals in public.
His lawyer said that it was an involuntary action because he only tried to place his parts well - he dressed with labour clothes.
For the judge man's conduct is contrary to the decorum and public decency.
I don't want to imagine what it would happen if this man had been seen fucking in his car at the street, for exemple. Perhaps now he would be in prison for 10 years.
Reading this kind of sentences i can't be optimistic with Anna's solution but we must have hope of it.
